Gordon Beckham has his contract selected from Triple-A Tacoma by the Mariners on Saturday.
Fantasy Implications: Beckham has been playing with the Rainiers since the start of the year, and has yet to see any big-league action in 2017. The former White Sox second baseman was hitting .262/.313/.393 while at Tacoma, with nine home runs and 45 RBIs. He is expected to play a bench role for Seattle for the duration of the season. In a corresponding move, the Mariners designated Shawn O'Malley for assignment.
