Jean Segura went 1-for-4 Sunday, hitting a leadoff single in the third inning of Seattle's 10-1 loss to the Yankees.
Fantasy Implications: The first nine games of Seattle's current 12-game road trip have not been kind to Segura. Apart from the three errors he committed in the first inning of Sunday's game, the 27-year-old shortstop is only 5-for-41 at the plate, with no stolen bases and an ugly .122/.162/.171 slash line in that span. For the season however, Segura sports a fine .301 AVG and .352 OBP. Thus fantasy GM's should be patient and continue to deploy him in their lineups.
