Erik Karlsson will make his season debut in Ottawa's home game against the Canucks on Monday.
Fantasy Implications: Karlsson is considered one of the elite blueliners in the game today. He missed the first five games of the 2017-18 campaign recovering from off-season surgery of a foot injury he sustained in last year's playoffs. The 27-year-old Swede finished last season with 71 points (17 goals, 54 assists) while recording 67 hits, a whopping 201 blocked shots and a plus-10 rating. He should be rostered immediately in all fantasy settings.
