Edwin Diaz records save

Edwin Diaz pitched a perfect ninth inning to record his 26th save of the season in Seattle's win over the Orioles Tuesday night. He struck out one.

Fantasy Implications: Diaz quickly righted the ship after Thursday's clunker when he lost his first game since July 8. The 23-old right-hander had picked up six straight saves in as many appearances prior to Thursday, allowing no runs and only one hit in that span. For the year, Diaz now has 70 strikeouts over 51.1innings, and is 26-for-30 in save opportunities. Diaz is one of Major League's elite closers, and should be used in any fantasy setting.
