Robin Lehner will start in net for Buffalo in their road game against the Sharks on Thursday.

He has made three appearances to start the season, posting a 0-1-1 record with a 3.22 GAA and .908 SV% (59 saves on 65 shots). The Sabres defense has been porous thus far, surrendering six goals in each of its last two games. Lehner faces a Sharks team that has scored an average 2.00 goals for per game and has allowed an average 4.50 goals against per game.
