Jarrod Dyson tweaked his groin Saturday against Oakland.
Fantasy Implications: Updating a previous report, Dyson is out of Sunday's lineup against the Athletics because he re-aggravated the groin injury that previously forced him onto the 10-day disabled list. The Mariners are hoping to have Dyson back by Tuesday when they face Justin Verlander and the Astros in Safeco Field.
