Andrew Moore allowed two runs on three hits while walking two and striking out three over six innings in Seattle's 5-3 loss to the Astros on Wednesday. He did not factor into the decision.
Fantasy Implications: Moore exited the game with a chance to earn the win, but the Mariner bullpen was unable to protect Seattle's 3-2 lead. It was the 23-year-old righty's first quality start since July 8, and his second consecutive start without allowing a home run. However, with his unpalatable 2.2 HR/9, 4.1 K/9 and 5.89 ERA, fantasy owners who insert Moore into their lineups do so at their own risk. His next scheduled start is Tuesday against the Rangers in Arlington.
