Andrew Albers (4-1) spun six scoreless innings, allowing four hits and one walk to earn the win in Seattle's 8-1 victory over the Angels on Saturday. He also struck out four.
Fantasy Implications: Albers has now thrown two straight quality starts, allowing only one earned-run in 12 innings. He has fared well since joining the Seattle rotation, recording a 2.67 ERA and 1.26 WHIP over 27 innings in five starts. Yet fantasy GM's should be aware; Albers pedestrian 6.7 K/9, 4.52 xFIP and 87 mph fastball do call for a period of negative regression. In addition, with Felix Hernandez and James Paxton both expected to return this week, his spot in the rotation at this time is uncertain.
