Fantasy Impact: O'Neill was a third-round pick (85th
overall) of the Mariners in the 2013 draft. He was batting .244 with 19
home runs, 56 RBIs, 21 doubles, two triples and nine stolen bases
through 93 games for Triple-A Tacoma in the Pacific Coast League.
Gonzales, 25, was a first round pick (19th overall) in the 2013 draft.
He missed the entire 2016 season because of Tommy John surgery. In
parts of three major-league seasons, he posted a 4-2 record with a 5.53
ERA in seven starts and five relief appearances. Gonzales will be under
club control through the 2023 season. He will report to Class AAA
Tacoma.
